Email delivery failure for tmobile worker

One of my workers, I consistently get a Mail Delivery Failure for his "day of" event messages. He is on tmobile. Message states: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (5403229990@tmomail.net:blocked). I can send him normal text messages, and he use to receive them properly from IO.

We send those a different way. We send those email to text. that's why you see the email address in the failure. He may have blocked all email to text messages for his phone. Or maybe the T-Mobile server is blocking our email to text messages. However, I haven't seen anyone else having this issue. Can you forward the entire message?


I believe if you set his carrier to blank and save it on his worker profile, we will then send a real text message. It should not be blocked.

Back a few months ago an update included the info that we no longer needed to add the carrier information to our staff page when entering a new worker.

Is there a way you all can bulk remove those so we dont have to do them one by one.

We have been getting text kick backs for some of our workers since they changed carriers but kept the same number.

we dont know it happens until we get the red ! that says bounced email then we fix it. I was just thinking IO company wide a bulk removal would be the best way to eliminate all of your clients form having to make the changes one at time.
