I have noticed the email option on contracts not has a green section that shows up when you click email a contract to a client. We still also have the send button beside the email address like in the past.
Which one do we use? Does it matter?
What is the significance of the green highlight?

The same section is used to email out contracts and invoices. The green highlight is used to differentiate what document you are currently emailing at the time.

I got that part.. what i mean is
Bring up contract
then click on email button at the bottom
it opens the email screen
then you have 2 places to click email
one is near the top in the green highlighted area and then
beside the email address you have a send

well then maybe the email button should be removed once you click it and it populates the top section .
my girls was hitting the email button again on the top thinking it was sending when in fact it wasnt...
might be a confusing to others too
