I set up a new email, customer - bad check


I have made it inactive because it is showing automatic and i cant find where to change it to manual

can you show me where please

You can't change the type after saving it.

You'll have to copy the contents of the email (use Ctrl+A to select All, then Ctrl+C to copy), then create a new email as the right type. In the contents use Ctrl+A to select everything and hit delete, then paste in the email with (ctrl+V). Finally go back and delete the old email.
