I have Customer Invoice set up for some reason I have 3 but only use the active one.


When i view it just by clicking on it without using the edit click it shows my logo all out of line but as soon as i click edit it shows normal.

if i click save it goes back to messed up.


also what is the SEND box for that is empty on the upper right side when in edit mode

I've fixed both. The send box should not have been there.

A couple more email center questions.

on my vendor-new quote it red and inactive. I dont want emails going automatically to vendors so is this the correct setting or do i need to do something different?


also

customer-invoice there is the default one that IO creates with our accounts.

i have since updated my invoice for several different types of client needs etc.

if i go into the original and name it like Invoice-DO NOT USE it creates yet another original one.. is that default or are we not allowed to rename the original?

Yes, the Vendor New Quote will not go out if inactive (red).


I believe it always creates one if you change the name. You can just make the original inactive and it will not show. Emails have categories, so you should save copy when you want it to keep the same category. It's not very clear. We will fix that when we can.
