eliminate a double book in updates

I have difficulty sometimes when a customer books the same piece more than once getting the red caution overbook to disappear after eliminating the quotes that caused the overbook. This is happening now with quote 3534039. I have deleted the other quotes but can't get the remaining quote to not show an overbook after recalc and update attempts to remove the red caution.
