Hello, We are not receiving payment made e-mails. I also believe that there are other e-mail issues as customers have reported not receiving contracts.

According to the log on this Lead 932587 which received a payment today, it sent the alert to you. Did you not receive this one? Check your spam settings.


Can you provide an example of a lead that didn't get the contract email? If you'd like to use your own email server instead of ours to send emails you can go to Settings->General Settings to set this up.

Spam was checked. Kim Brupofsky is an example of a payment made e-mail that was not sent out.

I'm having trouble fixing this one and am not willing to spend any more time working on it as it is related to our old quote page which we won't be supporting long-term.


Our new quote pages handle the alerts differently and should work better. I'd recommend switching to them. I have done your theme integration for you for free and I have set them up for you to review:
