"drop off" delivery method notes?

Hey guys, is there a place I can put notes that would show on the packing list every time a "drop off" is selected?

You would have to use one of the notes fields to put that information and then put the variable for that notes field on your packing list. If you leave it empty, those notes will not print. If you enter something in, they will print.
Most accounts can customize the notes field names. However, multi-location accounts like the one you have cannot customize the names per location. They are account wide settings.
