Drive time under estimates
Answered
I've noticed on several occasions the deliver time is being under estimated. Example 503527, shows drive time as .5 when it is a 42 min drive. Looking at the map tab, it's the same rout, map tab does not show drive time, just an overview of the map so I can't be certain. Drive times should error on the side of getting crews on site early not late.
Our system rounds to the nearest 15mins. Clicking the map link next to travel time shows it as 37 mins which got rounded down to 30 mins. If it had been 38 mins it would have got rounded to 45min.

I would suggest always rounding up, it's better to have a crew there early than late. I know 7 min isn't much but if we have a quick 30 min setup that's 23% of our setup time lost and 11% less time for most 1 hr setups. Also that is pulling from our mailing address, not our warehouse address. How do I correct?

I'll make a note to improve this.
To correct starting location:
Settings->Distance Charges (under Pricing on the left).
Set the Starting Location and save.

We continue to have issues with the system underestimating drive times. We had a driver meeting yesterday and everyone expressed concerns over the time estimates the system gave. Some of the guys started clocking how long it took to actually drive vs the system and times were frequently 10-20 min off. As you know with multiple stops this adds up quick. Is there a way to turn rounding off or always round so it gives extra time instead of creating a situation where we are constantly late?

We are working on a way to improve this. Conversely, if you have events that are only a minute apart, if we change the way you are asking, your travel time would be much too large and throw off the rest of the schedule.

Not sure I understand the 1 min apart part. If there is a 1 min drive from one event to the next I would want to see 15 min drive. That would allow the crew to get in the truck, set the gps, drive the 1 min and get started. Actual time may only be 5 min but I would rather see them 10 min early than 5 min late.
