double payment

Hi,

We had a client tell us that they were charged twice yet they only keyed in one payment. They said that the second payment was taken a few hours after the first. Is it possible that this could have happened? The second amount was for the balance due. Invoice 986360.

The customer made 2 payments: one at about 8pm and the next at about 11:30pm. Both of these payments were made from the same IP address. We don't save the credit card data so the software didn't recharge the card. After the first payment, I suppose their web browser may have stored the credit card data and re-entered it when they viewed the contract page again.
