You can use an iframe for the quote page on your website which will load the quote form embedded onto your website, and we have plans for an API which will allow other options for this.

when I view quote page I see the last quote I worked on with all their information filled in it's not blank. I don't think that is correct (is this my computer?)

That is only because you recently viewed their quote and your browser will store that information on to make it easier when editing the quote. A customer who goes to the quote form will only see their information, not someone else's.

Go to Settings->View Quote Page (under Basic). Copy the URL out and replace the one below in the src= section
<iframe src="http://www.inflatableoffice.com/quotes/index.php?vendor=demorentals"></iframe>
