When using the Microsoft Office 365 email system, nothing we do seems to get emails notifications to work using the custom email setup. Microsoft said to ask which versions of TLS and SSL you are using.

When I enter all of the right information and credentials...and "TEST", it just responds that something went wrong. But not tell me what.

We have a number of users that use smtp.office365.com without issues. If you go to Options->See all options->Settings for POP, IMAP, and SMTP access, do the smtp settings match what you are using in IO?
