distorted invoices
Answered
Hi,
For some reason, this invoices for this client are appearing in a distorted way.
This is what the client wrote us: FYI I still have to shrink the invoice to print on one page, and it is still connected to there Terms. You need to insert a page break.
Is this something to do with their printer or something on our end?
Here's are 2 ID #s for the this client: 510025 and 495607
Their browser is rendering differently. I made a change to your templates to improve it, but it didn't make a difference for this customer simply because you have a bunch of notes. The more notes or items ordered will cause the invoice to wrap onto a second page. This is unavoidable. Sometimes you just can't get it on one page. We do have a page break between the invoice and terms. My guess is that they are trying to get their browser to force the invoice to print on one page and by doing so it affects the page break between the terms and invoice. They are just going to have to print the invoice on 2 pages and if they don't want the terms, they can set it to print only page 1 and 2 and not 3.
