Distance fee changing?

Hey guys, just had a customer fill out two quotes and the distance fee changed but the quotes have the same event address. I thought maybe she had put in different addresses then corrected, but I dont see anything in the log that would indicate that. Please advise.

We use multiple mapping services and probably what happened was the first time it routed the distance with one service, then the 2nd time used a different service. Either way it should have had the same rate the 2nd time, but I'll have to look into it more.
