directions should let the crew know if they are doing a setup or take down

It would be helpful if the "directions" printout and the packing list indicated whether the crew is doing a set up or take down. With multiple vehicles there really isn't a way for me to know unless I manually sort through.

The packing list can be edited under Settings->Packing Lists to include the delivery type. The vehicle packing list can as well, but I have to enable it to be edited from that page.

I'll make a note to add it to the directions print-out.

I have added your vehicle packing list to the packing list templates. The name must stay as 'vehicle' for it to work.

Great - On the packing list what field do I enter to show that it is a setup or take down?

Still trying to get the packing and "Directions" page list to indicate whether the crew is performing a setup or takedown. I would also like to add the crew and static images (additional check off list) to the directions page. Please advise.

We are hoping to make the directions page a template in the future. It is not now, so we cannot do what you ask yet. Where do you want it to show the crew's task? In the table showing the crew list on the packing list? Or on the vehicle packing list table?

The way we have it now is they get the directions as their cover sheet, that tells them where to go and it should say what they will be doing. For example, leave at 8:00, go to x address and... Set up, take down, etc. On the packing list would good as well, currently I have to go in each packing list, determine if it is a setup or take down and highlight either the right or left times, left for setup right for take down.

Thanks, I've entered it into our task list.
