Different price to customers located in my city

Is there anyway to setup a price difference for inflatables for the city I live in? I want to make all the inflatables $25 cheaper if they live in my city. Is there anyway to add a city to a Special Promotion?
Or is there another way to do this that I am not thinking of?

That seemed to work. I added the zipcode of mine to be a -$25 and now if the get a quote for my city all inflatables are now $25 less. Thanks for your help
