So when I applied the deposit to order number 3391585 it didn't change the status to deposit received? I had to manually do it? Is this normal? What if I forgot to change it? They paid by check and sent the signed contract by mail.
So should I assume everything we process manually has to be changed manually?
Also you don't even have to be in an edit screen in order to change the status which seems a bit dangerous. I accidentally changed an order to complete when it hadn't been completed nor was the date range possible for it to be done (hope you understand).

In the Deposit Received status the "Mark Lead to this Status after Deposit has been Paid" isn't checked. If you change this whenever the deposit is entered in it will automatically make the status Deposit Received.
We can't lock the ability to change the status of your lead when you aren't editing. Let us know if you have any other questions.
