deposit prompt customer sees when we don't accept the deposit amount
Answered
We accept a credit card as the confirmation, yet our customer still sees that a deposit amount is owing, even tho we confirm the event with signature and credit card info, but no charge.
I want customer to know that a deposit isnt outstanding.
In that case, you would want to turn off the deposit for that lead by setting it to be a $0 required deposit. Additionally you could set your deposits in Settings->Payment Options to always be zero.

we do require the ccard info or the 20% deposit, so I cant turn it off completely. I guess you're suggesting that once the credit card is given, we could then command it off? that the best way to do that?
