Delivery Window - Routing Issue

Hi IO,


I have a question regarding delivery windows. If an order comes in and I let the customer know that we will deliver between the hours of 10am - 12pm, that gives my drivers a nice 2 hour window to get there.


However, when I setup the jobs in the routing tab and put this job at 10am and click save....the deliver window now becomes 10am -10am.


So when my event reminder emails go out and I use variable %fullsetupwindow% it will show customers an exact time we will be there instead of the original 2 hour window. Is there any way to show the customers to larger deliver window instead of the exact time I have the deliver set on the routing timeline?

In Settings->General Settings->Delivery->Allow Delivery Routing to set Windows, change it to No instead of Yes, and it will keep the original value. Just remember that if you move the setup or delivery outside your original window in the delivery tool, you should change the window on the contract tab too. Otherwise, the system will still use the old windows when checking for conflicts.
