Delivery not showing late start

690953 had a 7:00 start, in the delivery we had them scheduled for a 6:40 arrival and a 7:25 start but the system did not show red and we missed it. Can you tell me why it allowed a late start without causing at least flagging it in red on the delivery tab?

When I load up the 10/4 date on the delivery tool I see the setup in black, but when it is moved it switches to red. My guess is that it was red when it was first scheduled and saved, but when the page is loaded after it's saved it does not show the red color correctly.
