Delivery Issue #2

I had to reset all the routes because of apparent glitches in software not populating pick ups. When I reset everything shows up to redo, but know is telling me 1 customer has 2 pick ups and no delivery its saying 6:15 am when its suppose to be Pm as well. Can someone tell me why this is happening?
