Delivery into NJ buggy??

I have 2 event in NJ and both show proper travel times in the event tab (about 30 minutes). However, in the delivery module they show 2 hours travel on the screen and proper setup times, and show 30 minutes travel on the printout but 2 hour setup times! All other travel and setup times appear normal...need help!

What are the lead IDs of the two events?

If you look at the delivery screen for these dates, you will see 2 hour drive times.

Any news because I have more NJ work coming up and the scheduler issue is making it difficult. Could it be something I did, like in a setting somewhere?

I haven't been able to fix the bug yet, but it has something to do with avoiding toll roads. It looks like at one point it was routed with "avoid toll roads" checked, and that got saved to the Database. It's loading that the first time you put in the date range, despite the box for "avoid toll roads" not being checked. if you check the box, put in the date range, then uncheck the box and re-put in the date range, it gives the correct travel time on the tolls roads. We'll find the source of the issue though and fix it.

Interesting because I have never selected the "avoid toll roads" box. Stupid me never even saw that box...

We fixed an issue where it was not respecting the "Avoid Tolls" box. I assume it has resolved your issue. If you find another issue, please let us know. Thanks.

I will do some testing, but as I mentioned earlier I have never selected the "avoid tolls" box so not sure how that was the problem.

We believe it was being set even though you didn't choose it in some instances.
