delivery fee not showing mileage

delivery fee is accurately calculating mileage for our leads, however, one event recently on Dec 6 did not calculate the mileage. (Scottsville community). We comped the event, but the attraction delivered (Indoor Crayon Castle) would not show the mileage that we comped event though it was calculated to be 40.6 miles one way and we had $1.68 as the default cost per mile. Why would this one event or attraction not calculate the mileage?

It sounds like when we looked it up to charge it, it wasn't finding the address. The log shows that the street addressed was changed too, so now it's calculating a delivery price if you blank out the delivery field and hit update.
