How do I create a mandatory delivery fee for any order under $175.00. We just added table and chair rentals and would like to charge a $25min. fee or greater depending on currently delivery fee schedule by zip code.

Go to Settings->Promotions & Fees.
Create a new Fee and set it to:
- Rent $175 Dollars (or less)
- Pay $25 Fee

How do I input the "or less" statement mentioned in your response? Will the $25 fee supersede a delivery fee calculated by our delivery charge zip code chart for an event that would normally demand a $35 fee? Does the system know to charge the GREATER of the two (2)?

the "or less" is automatic when it is of type Fee.
The fee will be added to the Fee line and is separate from the delivery fee. So in this case it would put both on there. There isn't currently a way to change the delivery fee based on the dollar amount.
