Here is another example of a quote that went out without the delivery charge added to it although it was programmed to send it with the quote. 3687883, this has happened several times, and although I saw it and changed it, the contract didn't get changed and it cost us an $87 delivery charge. It has occurred several times now and I hope the glitch has been corrected. I am obligated to return the charge to the customer because I didn't realize that the contract had not been changed when I saw the omission.

This was fixed after you first reported it a few weeks ago. This lead was one of the ones that you reported before too. It just wasn't ever updated after the fix was made.
