Delivery Charge Issue

the client put this in as a pick up but we updated it to delivery

the rate showing only the rental

we have tried to make the delivery populate but that doesnt work any more when we go to the order and remove city state and county and repopulate the zip it all works but no delivery is populating

Need some help on this one

I got it to work by using recalculate but in the past we didnt have to use that option just remove the zip and city and it would do it for you.

this new way will create issues if you have setup special pricing on and order and use the recalculate option it will revert all special price to default prices and we will have to start the pricing process over again.

We will look at our options. For the time being if you made custom edits, you can make the delivery type change, check recalculate, and then click the "save copy" button. Then use the copy instead. Thanks.

so your saying create a entire new order because we need to change delivery charges?

Doesnt that seem unproductive? or did i not understand the save as copy for a new lead ?

It's a temporary workaround so you don't lose your changes.

We have released a change that allows you to turn on the Distance Charges, Staff Costs, and Discount fields by default. Go to Settings->Optional Fields and turn them on. They will show unless they are already on the lead. Thanks.
