default start time resets incorrectly
When quoting 1930933 for UVA Alumni Association I am entering a start time of 3 pm which is accepted until I make any change in the quote. The minute that I hit edit the new screen opens with a default time of 6 pm which remains unless I continue to change it back to the original quote. I checked my default start times in general setting which are set to 8 am so I am unsure why this default is occurring.
In addition, when I look back on the history of this customer I see that delivery charges formerly itemized are crossed out. I assume this has to do with a new update change in the way this is presented but please direct me to an explanation so that I can understand what this does.
I am certain this customer will question me as to why his old quote looked different, and I am not sure that I understand.
Thanks
I've fixed the time issue. You had some defaults set in Settings->Delivery Types that were forcing that to happen. If you check to "prevent the customer from changing the time" it also affects the admin.
The update will show when you've REDUCED an itemized price from its original price. It's for your information. Sometimes people don't realize when they've already discounted items and give further discounts. This makes sure you know about it. This doesn't show to the customer.

I know we talked via phone today, but just to summarize. The crossed out number is showing when you've lowered the original amount. It has nothing to do with any other discount line. Thanks.
