sent yesterday but didn't receive a reply so I assume that it did not get to you;
here is an interesting glitch. Customer (3486573) accidentally asked for 20 Cotton Candy Machines, rather than 200 cotton candy cones. The quote came back overbooked but did scratch 200 machines and allow 2. To edit the quote I cannot find a default option for only 1, which usually is an option. To overcome that absence, I removed any cotton candy option, recalculated, updated, then tried to add just 1 but the option doesn't exist anymore for this customer. I am stuck.

Tom, Sorry about that, we did fix the problem and sent you a message...but the issue was that the cotton candy machine was set to show to be rented in increments of 2 for some reason. I removed this and set to one. Once this was done I was able to correct the lead for one being rented. If you actually have 2 cotton candy machines you will need to update the inventory amount. Thanks!
