Damage waiver

On order #2937885 the damage waiver is not computing correctly. Do accessories under a rental automatically get included in the damager waiver? Also when I go to damage waiver it says my pipe & Drape is inactive? How do I make it active?

If the lead is recalculated it pops up with the fee which leads me to believe it was removed before it was initially saved. Inactive rentals are items in your account that aren't active. You probably created this promotion, then "deleted" (made inactive) the pipe and drape, because you had a second active version. I would edit this promo and make sure you active inventory that you want this to apply to is all checked.

I do go in periodically and make sure all is checked but I was wondering if the accessories under the actually item is included in the damage waiver? Since the actual item is 0.00 dollars and the accessories are priced separately? Hope you understand. How do you make it active if it says inactive?

We actually have a new way of setting this up that might actually be better for you. Does your waiver apply to all rentals all the time?

by "all the time" I mean, is it ever removed for certain clients?

If you want it to always be on, I would just make a new Fee under Settings->Promomtions/Fees, and set the "Get" side to 99999 Dollars (so it will always apply). Then it will always be put on every event. If you want to remove it, you'll just have to set the Damage Waiver line on the lead to $0.
