Customers are no longer able to pay via the contract

The option is still there for them to pay at the contract page after an online quote but when they try it says not enough information or wrong information, It had been working fine up until recently. We would not be aware of this if a few customers hadn't called complaining their payments weren't being accepted but I can take it over the phone and manually put the payment in with out a problem, (we sue Beanstream and they said it was not an issue on their end.)

We have other customers using Beanstream without issue. I've put some code in to give us a more detailed message on the error you are seeing with your account. I will monitor it. The current error we are getting from Beanstream is "Missing or invalid payment information - Please validate all required payment information." According to Beanstream, the customer is not supplying information that is needed. Is there somewhere in your Beanstream account that you identify the required information? You may be able to relax the requirements.

Beanstream says its not an issue on their end. I am able to process all the cards with the same information the customer inputs when I do it manually and directly into Beanstream so it is likely an issue with settings in the contract or payment options page in my Inflatable office account maybe?

The next time you take a payment, try processing it through the contract page for that customer as if you are the customer. I have it set to save more information from Beanstream. It should tell us the issue. All my checks of your IO account are not revealing any issue.

Beanstream found the issue, it was a setting for address requirements in my account settings with them.. I do have one more small question, I remember a setting option for who pays the c.c. processing fee when a customer pays throught the contract page.. i want to change that setting back to me but I cannot find it. Where can i find that setting option?

Glad you figured it out. Go to Settings->Payment Options->Surcharge.
