Customer's Address Out of Country

I have a Canadian customer with their address in Canada and the delivery in the US. I turned on the option to deliver outside (with the hopes of seeing more options for the customer's address) but it does not change much for me. I cannot enter the province and the country box only allows two characters. How do I enter the customer's out of country information?

Thanks but as I mentioned above, it didn't work when I turned that option on. I was only able to enter 2 characters for the country and in the states drop down, only the US was listed.

"CA" is what you'll need to type in for Canada.
ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes are two-letter country codes defined in ISO 3166-1, part of the ISO 3166 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), to representcountries, dependent territories, and special areas of geographical interest.
