The question 5 of 6 is leading customers to believe that the review (which can show up on our website) qualifies them for the Loyalty Customer Discount we offer for completing the Google Review. They think completing it one place satisfies the other. It does not and the Google Review is even more important to us than the customer survey review. Please add before thanks a statement that your review her might appear on our website, but does not satisfy the Google Review discount which is earned by completing the last question after clicking on the link.
