Ive tried calling your office several times but only get a voice mail right away. I am in process of registering with you

guys but its very discouraging to not be able to talk to anyone for support by phone.


I need help to get setup and have lots of questions it a big transition.

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in the Eastern Time Zone, however our phone logs are not indicating any missed calls from you, and no missed call from unknown callers in the past 3 days. We would love to help you get set up. Perhaps it would be better if we called you to get in touch. Please send us an email to sales@inflatableoffice.com with a number to best reach you at, and a time during our hours of operation that work best for you to have an appointment. You can also leave your number as a reply here, but I would recommend turning this post to "Private" if leaving personal information. (I have the ability to turn it private for you, but I didn't want it to appear as if I'm attempting to hide negative feedback. If any of our current subscribers were to see this, I'm confident they would have positive remarks about our customer service).

Thanks for the reply. We established the long distance carrier we use to dial out is getting blocked by your lines and diverted to your voicemail. We will find an alternative service to contact you.
