I do not see the option to enter a clients last or first name on the Customer Tab any longer. I use this often and it is a useful tool to have when searching for clients.

Are you aware that you can still search the customer name by typing it in the keyword box? The difference now is that you can match on other fields similar to how the keyword works on the leads tab.
If you "wash" in the keyword box (don't hit enter), you will see that you can click on "cust: wash" in the pop up, meaning "all the customers that contain "wash"
Also in the options would potentially be "Org: wash" for "Washington Elementary," "Street: Washington Blvd," "email: megan@supercleancarwash.com"
