Is there a way to add some sort of "check in" field in IO for customer returns? Essentially, when a customer returns equipment, we want to record it in IO and then have the status go to complete.
I think the way it currently works is the lead automatically goes to complete status when it passes the end time of the event but we don't always have customers return on time and it would be good to know by looking at the overview tab or lead page which customers have not returned yet. The same could go for deliveries to know which orders are still out and also when drivers come back, which orders have been picked up.
I'd appreciate any feedback and/or suggestions on how to handle this.

The best I can offer you is to go to Settings->Statuses. Go through your statuses and uncheck the "Mark Leads in this Status to the Complete Status after Balance Paid and Event Date has Passed" box. This will keep them from moving automatically up to Complete. You'll then be able to verify everything has returned and manually mark it.

If I change this setting, will it retroactively show leads that were not marked as returned as incomplete? Basically I want to know if I can do this on the fly if we have not been utilizing this method so that it doesn't slow us down.
