Hi,
The Customer - Recent Quote automatic email is not going out. I have checked the email log under the email settings and see no emails going out and the email is active.

That email only goes out when a customer creates the quote on your quote page. If you created the quote for them they will not get the email. This is because it is assumed that you would do this manually from the event tab.
