Customer Notes (Private)

Editing internal notes on the leads page for a customer with multiple confirmed events, generates changes to all of the notes for the events for that same customer whether they have passed or are up-coming (see lead # 549355 and 506271 for example. Is there an option to change this setting as there are times when unique notes need to be entered separately for each event.

Customer Notes are tied to the customer, and therefore will update on any lead that customer is part of.


If you want notes to only be on that lead you can use the event notes or one of the additional notes fields which can be activated under Settings->Optional Fields.
