Customer Log re Communication emails

I do not believe so. The date and time read is saved because when they view the email, there is a small, invisible picture that has to load. This picture is on our server, so their email client contacts our server to get it. That's when we mark the date and time. It's possible he clicked on it but didn't read it.


I've never seen an spam checking trigger the date and time read, but I suppose it could be possible. However, if you look at the times on his emails, you would expect a spam checker to always do it right after the email came in, and that's not the case with all of them. It looks to me like he received the emails.
