Customer getting delivery error when submitting quote

I've played around with this a little bit, but can't figure it out. I added a delivery method (Customer pick up) to the quote request page, but my customers are now getting an error message that states something like "delivery method not selected" even though they are picking from the drop down.

I added "customer pick up" in the delivery method page and then added "*delivery_field*" on the quote page. Everything looks good when I preview it... I can even submit a dummy quote using Chrome for myself, but I've found that any customer using Edge or IE is getting the error.

I've since removed the "customer pick up" option (the only option is "drop off" now) and the quotes go through without issue.

I'd really like for there to be two delivery options though - thoughts to fix this? Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

It looks like all you needed to do is turn on the delivery method option in Setting-->Optional Fields. This should work for you now.
