Customer generated leads don't automatically fill-in default values any more

Not sure when this began, but noticed over last 2 weeks that the optional fields>event notes>default values text no longer saves on the quote if the customer creates his own quote. It does automatically include this text if we create the quote on the back end.


In other words, we automatically include a few lines of text on every quote in the Event Notes field. If a customer creates their own quote, this field has been showing up blank. Example leads:

Thanks! We've been appending the default event notes to our contact form submissions and can now remove that functionality.
