Customer contract email

Hi Guys,

I modified our customer contract email to included the event start time in the body of the email. However, the document is not converting the code "%starttime%" to the actual event start time as intended. Instead the code as written above shows in the email. Please advise.

" In regards to the delivery of your order, delivery is typically scheduled during the two hour window prior to event start time of %starttime%, unless you request an alternate delivery time. We are looking forward to your event. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us."

Can you give me a lead where you are experiencing this issue? I checked it in your account and on my tests it worked properly. Also, pasting from Word generally puts a lot of hidden junk inside those emails. You are far better to type it in rather than paste from Word.

Please check leads 763811, 845371, 769874. I went back as far as January and found the same issue. The code seem to work correctly for some but not all leads.

Does it work for you if you do it on one of those leads now? Also, what browser are you using. I tried it for 763811 and in both tests it worked perfectly. Is it possible that you fixed the template since you contacted us.

I play around with it before I submitted the question so it's possible that I did inadvertently solve the problem. Thanks for looking into it.
