Is there a way to get a list of customers by location? Location in terms of which city (warehouse) they ordered from?

You should be able to type 'loc:' in the keyword box on the leads page and then select the location you want. You can do it again to include multiple locations. Then you can use other things to filter if you want. Next step is to open the reports dialog by clicking 'customize report.' Select from your saved reports or make a new one and drag columns you want into the report. Group by contact ID if you only want one record per customer. I think you have to include the contact ID column in the report if you want to group by it.
