Is there any interest in a pop up type alert or a flashing alert prompt so we can add notes about bad customers bad checks non pay customers etc just something to allow staff to know something is up with that customer??
This would allow us to avoid issues with a customer that has been bad I the past

You could use the CRM tool and make a task for that customer without a
reminder date. It would then show when the lead is viewed. However, we
are considering adding this function in other ways to the CRM module.
