Custom Columns on Lead Page

Does this option still work?

I tried to go to the custom report page and view the default template but the only reports I see are the custom reports I have created, I cant find the default template.

Can you point me in the correct direction.

Yes, but you can't view the Default one under Custom Reports. You will have to create a new custom report with the columns you want, then set Lead Overview Columns to that custom report.
