CRM Option
We have been working really hard to get our staff to CRM everything they do on an order but seem to have they typical slackers...
Could there be an option for CRM users to have the option to turn or or off in the settings a FORCE enter when they are on an order..
So basically it would be totally optional for the IO clients to have on or off and not FORCE thoses who dont to use it in that way.
I would like to have to have my staff when they access an order to have to put a CRM note in before it would allow them to exit that order..
Just a thought that i would like to see developed but i think it would be handy for more than just my company ..
This would only need to happen once the staff clicked on edit to make changes.. i know it logs the changes but it would be nice to force notes as to why they made the changes.. we see this in our logs all the time and then when weeks pass and we ask why they did something its always the client asked or idk she must have called or something...
