Since switching over to Open Edge, the contract page takes a very long time to load the customer fields on the credit payment tab. Is this something that can be fixed?

I haven't been able to reproduce this on my side. Is it happening with all leads or just certain ones? Which browser are you using? Also can you try clearing your cache.

Mobile. And its not just me, my customers are complaining about it. Since the transition, my Paypal payments have increased- Im guessing this is a big factor...

2838535 was the most recent, when i checked on my phone it took about 10 seconds to load

Have you checked recently today? I've tried several platforms and had my colleagues check as well and it's loading fast for everyone here. I'm wondering if it was a temporary server issue that was resolved.

I tried earlier but was unable to duplicate. What is the best way to revert back to my old processor? (the account is still active, just need to cancel Open Edge)

If you decide to switch back, simply turn it off in Settings->Merchant Services. Click on the OpenEdge block and then set it to inactive and save. You'll probably want to cancel with OpenEdge as well to make sure you are not charged by them anymore. Thanks!

After reading the post I went in as a customer and also noticed about a 8-10 second delay for the credit card input area to load. It took just long enough to where it could confuse a customer

We still have the issue open, but we haven't been able to reproduce it on our end yet. Any details about what lead you were on, what time of browser and device, ect, could be helpful.

If it helps anyone, I just tested several leads on my Chrome mobile browser and everything loaded immediately. I haven't heard any complaints from customers.

Had another customer report this error earlier today. Lead #2844215.

She was on a desktop running Windows and using Internet Explorer browser.

Some of the speed issue is on their server speed, but we've made some changes that are going to be released this week that should load things in the background before they get to it, and general speed improvements.

Just wanted to check in that another customer mentioned the fields not showing up, so they used the Paypal option instead.

Sorry about that, we were able to reproduce and fix your issue so you should see the OpenEdge payment fields on your contract again.
