I'm about to call auth.net,but everything on their end looks right. This has happened with 3 cards on 2 leads. Error:


Your payment did not process successfully


Transaction Details


cURL error code: 35

cURL message: SSL connect error

These transactions are not even making it to auth.net

Another phone helper said she got error 7, 34, 35

I tested it and didn't have any trouble. Other customers of ours who use authorize are also not having any problems.


It's possible it was just a temporary issue. Basically that error means our server was not able to connect to the authorize.net server. I'll look at this more tomorrow.

I had to customers recently complain about this as well. The same text as above, except payment went through ok.

Sorry, still not sure of the cause of this. We have upgraded some of the software on our servers. Please let us know if you continue to get complains about it.
