Can you set the year in the UI to start at current year 2016 instead of 2013.. no need to have to go back that far since it wont work anyway.

You must not have noticed, but the last update added a variable to correct this: *cc_yr_expire_field*. It has already been fixed on your pages. Please let us know if you find a place that didn't get fixed. Thanks.
