Credit card number in app issue

Credit card number not being accepted when using the io app takes exp date but not number field is not active it seems

The app uses the same page as you would send via email to a customer. I tested a lead on your account and did not have any trouble. Can you try the one that isn't working in the App with your phone browser? Email the contract to yourself and then click the link on your phone. Also, what phone OS are you using? iPhone or Android?

I just went into the APP


picked 1971269

clicked on contract page

then clicked depost

highlighted the required deposit button

scrolled down to credit card number and it wont let me put it in

i can do exp date and year

Does it work if you email yourself the contract and open it in your phone browser? Are you using an iPhone or Android?

yes if i email myself


im using chrome on phone android


but im using the IO APP

to get access to the info the error is not happening via emailed contract

I tested on android on your account and didn't have any issues on nexus 6p. what phone are you using and what is the android version?
