credit card issue #2

A client tried paying and it shows that a payment was made for $0 on the contract tab. I don't know if this is a credit card issue or an IO issue.

Are you able to check with your Authorize account to see if there were amounts billed in these cases and get back to me? We haven't had this issue with any other leads in our system. I'm having trouble identifying the reason for it.

I did call them and they said that everything looks like it went through properly just that the person wrote $0.
But I know that they didn't select $0, so I'm thinking it's happening on the IO side.

Ok, we will prevent someone from entering a zero payment so this doesn't happen again.
