Credit Card for IO Subscription

Why did I receive a notice that I am in grace period for IO subscription payment when nothing has changed re pmnt by card and IO has been charging card routinely since asking to go to the card rather than drafting bank account several months ago. Card data has not changed.

You should still be able to access your account. Your account is

just in a "Grace Period" because the payment due today wasn't received.

Normally this is due to the card failing because it's expired, but that

wasn't the case today. It was actually an error on our end. The

automatic process that normally would have charged your card didn't run

due to an error. Regardless, this page is just where you first land

when you log in and you can still go to the other pages.


We've fixed the error.
